Randy Klein, K.C.

Randy is the managing partner in MacDermid Lamarsh whose practice emphasis is in civil litigation, with a particular focus on agricultural law and insurance, construction law, commercial and construction litigation, personal property security, debtor/creditor law, defamation law, wrongful dismissal, technology and intellectual property law. Randy has appeared successfully before all levels of court in Saskatchewan; Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal for a variety of clients ranging from individuals to large corporations. He has also successfully litigated in the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Interests

Randy’s passion was for racing and his last Kart racing season was in 2004. He is now and avid Formula 1 fan, particularly of Red Bull Racing. Randy’s interests include cars, hiking, biking, fishing, travel, kayaking, snowmobiling, building and landscaping projects and playing on his skid steer and tractor. Randy is married to his wonderful wife Paula, and has two children, Stephen and Sarah.
